Would you like to join a leading corporate services firm as a Company Secretarial Manager, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client services?
In this role as Company Secretarial Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of clients and lead a small team, ensuring companies meet their statutory obligations while working with both local and international clients.
Key Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of clients from setup to dissolution
- Ensure statutory filings are completed timely
- Prepare, circulate and minute board meeting documents
- Maintain accurate company registers and handle third-party correspondence
- Complete internal compliance files for new clients
- Liaise with clients and global offices, ensuring timely responses to requests
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and collaborate with internal departments
Key Skills:
- Minimum of three years' relevant experience
- Proficient in Diligent Entities
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead and manage a small team
Hybrid working:
- 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home
