This company are one of the UK's leading Telecom business known for their exciting projects and varied work life. They noe require a Junior Administrator looking to kick start their career and work closely with the Technical Project Manager on projects.
In this role you will work closely with the Technical Project Manager showing your strong admin and organisation skills, updating excel spreadsheets, setting up meetings, booking accommodation, being active with emails and writing up meeting notes.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic person looking to dive into training and development. You will need to be IT proficient having an understanding of excel, word, PowerPoint etc and a good communicator.
This is a great role where you can learn a lot and climb the ladder quickly, whilst being provided with all the training and investment to better and grow your career.
The Role:
- Work closely with the Technical Project Manager
- Demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skills
- Update Excel spreadsheets
- Set up meetings and manage peoples diaries
- Book accommodation for engineers
- Actively manage emails
- Write up meeting notes ul>
The Person:
- Motivated and enthusiastic about training and development
- IT proficient with understanding of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong communication skills
- Commutable to Gloucester ul>
