Early Years Educator
Working Hours: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Under 3’s setting until July 2025
________________________________________About the Role:
Are you enthusiastic, energetic, and eager to make a meaningful difference? We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator with an EYE Cache Level 2 or 3 to join our supportive Early Years team. In this role, you will provide specialized care and learning support to children under 3, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:- Personalised Support: Offer nurturing, individualized assistance to children with SEN, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and empowered.
- Relationship Building: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate clear communication around each child’s development and well-being.
- Safeguarding: Contribute actively to safeguarding efforts, maintaining a vigilant and caring environment for all children.
- Educational Support: Work alongside class teachers to deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities, adapting approaches to meet individual learning needs.
- EYE Cache Level 2 or 3 (essential).
- Early Years Curriculum Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant frameworks and best practices.
- Care Commitment: Willingness to assist with personal care tasks, including toileting and mealtime support.
- SEN Experience: Demonstrated experience working with children who have special educational needs.
