The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting the well-being and dignity of residents.

• Registered Nurse (RMN, RGN or RNLD considered) with relevant experience in mental health, dementia care, or challenging behaviour support.
• A valid UK NMC Pin
• A compassionate and patient-focused approach, with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide mentorship to junior staff.
• Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding, mental health frameworks, and person-centred care principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering evidence-based nursing care to residents with mental health conditions, dementia, and complex needs.
• Managing and responding effectively to challenging behaviours with a compassionate approach.
• Leading and supporting a team of care staff to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Administering medication safely and accurately.
• Developing and implementing personalised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and best practice guidelines.
