Sales Assistant - Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a premium, friendly approach
• Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships
• Replenish stock, merchandise the shop floor, and maintain visual standards
• Support with deliveries, tagging, and general store tasks
• Work as part of a collaborative and motivated retail team

What we're looking for:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is ideal
• A strong communicator with a can-do attitude
• Well-presented, with a passion for fashion and high standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends
