Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Ready to join a business that blends big impact with a family feel?
This is your chance to become part of a growing company that supports hundreds of clients across the UK – yet still feels like home. As an Occupational Health Account Co-ordinator, you’ll join a team where your wellbeing matters just as much as the clients you help look after.

With a supportive hybrid working pattern and medical benefits included as standard, this is more than just a job – it’s a career with purpose.

As an Occupational Health Account Co-ordinator, you will…

Be the go-to person for managing occupational health referrals, liaising with clients and clinicians, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. No two days are the same, and your ability to keep things moving will make a real difference to people’s health, wellbeing and workplace experience.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re someone who:

  • Possesses excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Is highly organised and able to work autonomously.
  • Demonstrates resilience in a busy role and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Has a positive attitude and a proactive approach to helping others.
  • Holds a full, clean driving licence and has access to a dependable vehicle.

As an Occupational Health Account Co-ordinator, you will:

  • Act as the key liaison between OH practitioners and clients, ensuring robust customer service and strong client relationships.
  • Proactively monitor and manage KPIs, ensuring timely updates and responses to client needs.
  • Oversee diary bookings for practitioners and manage day-to-day client workloads.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards in formatting and sending reports.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to long-term planning for operational excellence.

This is a role (and a company) that truly looks after its people:

  • Salary £24,000 – £26,000
  • Hybrid working – 2 to 3 days in the office, the rest from home
  • 25 days holiday (pro rata if part-time)
  • Length of service awards
  • Group life insurance (Death in Service)
  • Flu voucher scheme
  • Benefits platform, including:
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Technology purchase scheme
  • Car maintenance scheme
  • Retail discount scheme via Perks at Work
  • Gym discounts
  • Health Shield health cash plan, including:
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
  • Online health assessments
  • GP Anytime; virtual GP surgery and private prescription service
