£16 - £20 Per hour- Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their educational and personal development
- Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons for SEN students
- Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Assessing individual student needs and implementing appropriate strategies to support their progress
- Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Knowledge and understanding of SEN support strategies
Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification
Prior experience working with SEN students in an educational setting- Understanding of SEN support strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with additional needs
- Higher-level Teaching Assistant qualification
- Additional training in specific areas of SEN support
- Working hours may vary but are typically full-time
- Work primarily takes place within a school setting
- May involve some physical activity and the need to assist students with mobility

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
