Assistant Store Manager

• Annual Salary: £35,625 to £43,440 plus London allowance where applicable
• Location: Kent / South East and South London areas
• Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (45 hours per week, with options for 32, 36, or 40-hour contracts, salary pro rata)

Day-to-day of the role:

• Support the Store Manager in managing store operations, including handling deliveries, placing orders, and addressing customer queries.
• Focus on people management and performance, including organising holiday rotas and leading a diverse team.
• Drive the achievement of store sales targets, ensure excellent customer service, minimise costs, and optimise operational efficiency.
• Prepare to step into the Store Manager’s role in their absence, ensuring smooth continuity of store operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Flexibility in work hours, including availability for weekends and evening shifts as required.
• Proven management experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a history of managing, developing, and leading teams.
• Excellent time management skills and operational efficiency.
