What are we looking for in the next successful Recruitment Consultant- People person and natural rapport builder, someone who loves to work with people from candidates to prospective business owners up to Director level.
- Productive and Resilient personality, staying positive and having a tenacity to improve.
- Sales experience beneficial but not essential. Being the right fit doesn't always mean having the previous experience/knowledge.
- The ability to adapt and take on any challenge. If you can challenge yourself, we can support your ability to achieve.
