£25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)

We love team collaboration and our colleagues spend 2 days a week in our Newport office, and 3 working from home!
The role would suit an individual with experience in Collections, Remediations and/or Complaints.
What You'll Be Doing!
You will evaluate Call Quality and Complaint outcomes in line with regulatory Financial Services compliance.
More Specifically, you’ll…- Undertake risk based Quality Control and Call Monitoring across your designated portfolios
- Investigate as necessary if any activity is found to be below industry standard and compliance
- Identify existing / potential risk across business activities and suggest actions to mitigate the risks identified
- Build relationships with other departments and business units to maintain awareness of conduct initiatives
- Work to be an effective member of the team and department.
Requirements
What We're Looking For!- Someone with a strong understanding of regulatory call quality relating to Financial Services and Complaints
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Able to assess risk in terms of appropriate customer outcomes and appropriate mitigates
- Able to gather and manage information effectively, efficiently with ethically investigative and analytical skills
- You are a team player and able to adapt as necessary to business requirements
- You have a history of building strong working relationships with colleagues
- You can work effectively on a remote basis
