Primary duties and areas of responsibility Provide desk side and remote based end user support to troubleshoot issues and problems with equipment and/or systems including repairing and replacing equipment as necessary. Installing, configuring, monitoring and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks and printers.
Setting up and administrating user accounts to systems. Supporting on projects as instructed by the Digital Transformation Manager and Management Team to meet strategic goals of efficiency improvements in systems across the company. To support in the roll out of new software across the business.
Maintaining and updating technical documentation as required, including ensuring systems meet Information Governance standards. Ensuring all logs for equipment and software are maintained. Provide system training to employees and customers including clinical system training.

Complete audits on systems users in line with company policies.
