PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full-Time experienced Protection Administrator to join an Appointed Representative partner firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

Our highly valued AR partner is a very busy and hugely successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business looking to grow their large Admin support team with the addition of a further experienced Mortgage and Protection Administrator.

The firm have 18 high volume Mortgage Advisors and 4 high volume Protection Advisors and are supported by an Administration Team of 14 currently.

The administrator will be responsible for assisting the protection advisors in the firm.

The successful candidates will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients, introducers, GPs, and providers.

We are specifically looking for a minimum of 3 years’ experience of Mortgage / Protection Administration within a Mortgage / Protection Brokerage.

Competitive base salary of between £26,000 - £28,000 DOE and negotiable with the opportunity to potentially earn an annual bonus of £2,000.

The role is Full Time only and is Monday to Friday (no weekends)

Responsibilities:

• Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
• Proactively progress protection applications through to completion
• Dealing with incoming calls and emails
• Data entry of protection applications

Skills & Experience Required:

• A minimum of 3 years mortgage and protection administration experience within broking.
• Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
• Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
• Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
• A team player with ability to use own initiative.
