The Housing Solutions Officer (SO2) plays a vital role in supporting the mission of providing housing solutions for individuals and families in need. RequirementsA degree in social work, public policy, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in housing services or social services is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Familiarity with local housing regulations and assistance programs.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data management.
