In this role, you'd handle a busy caseload of delegated EL/PL claims on behalf of several large-scale insurance clients whilst also assisting senior team members of higher value claims.A leading defendant law firm are looking to recruit a Claims Handler into their award-winning Casualty team.
In this role, you’d handle a busy caseload of delegated EL/PL claims on behalf of several large-scale insurance clients whilst also assisting senior team members of higher value claims. Duties will include assessing applications for Pre-action disclosure, instructing council, compiling and investigating evidence and negotiating court documents.
