Your Role: Customer Service Coordinator

As a key player in our customer service team, you'll navigate exciting challenges and growth opportunities every day. Your mission? Delivering exceptional customer-centric solutions that make a real impact both within and beyond our organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Efficiently manage and book orders within agreed lead times.
  • Perform thorough checks on orders, ensuring accuracy for both your own and your colleagues' entries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism, serving both internal and external customers.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Work with customer data and historical forecasts to manage stock control effectively.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding shortages and non-deliveries, providing timely and appropriate solutions.
  • Utilize various systems, including SAP and our internal intranet, to support your work.
  • Coordinate with strategic planning and logistics teams to meet urgent delivery requirements.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to ensure seamless customer account management.
  • Introduce new stock lines in alignment with management guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an office-based customer service role.
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to navigate and utilize different systems efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly when delivering difficult news regarding orders.
  • A genuine interest in ongoing learning and a proactive attitude toward training.
