Job Description- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action points.
- Manage correspondence and communications on behalf of senior leadership.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking accommodation and transport.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the organisation and delivery of events as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Previous experience in providing administrative support to senior executives.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A professional and approachable demeanour, with strong interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
- Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £33,000 per annum.
- Fixed-term contract with the potential for extension or other opportunities.
