You'll play a key role in managing daily transport activities, supporting drivers, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Plan and manage daily transport operations, including route planning, driver scheduling, and compliance checks to ensure smooth service.
• Use TruTac and PARIS software to track driver performance, monitor telematics data, and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct vehicle inspections, track odometer readings, and coordinate maintenance schedules to keep the fleet in top condition.
• Assist with driver inductions, health & safety training, and accident/incident investigations as required.
• Work closely with other departments to streamline order processing, resolve transport-related issues, and maintain high service levels.
• Ensure all drivers comply with industry regulations, maintain uniforms, and uphold company standards.

• Experience in a transport or logistics environment (preferred but not essential).
• Good knowledge of driver hours & Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Good IT skills, with experience using transport management software being an advantage.
• Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented, with a commitment to achieving KPIs.
