Job Profile
Our client a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Building Control Surveyor to join them on a full time, permanent basis from their growing Leeds office.
The ideal candidate will be a fully registered Building Control Surveyor or applied to be, Yorkshire based with experience in the residential / commercial sector.
Building Control Surveyor Position Overview- Survey unsafe buildings, giving advice or approving their demolition
- Write inspection reports and issue completion certificates
- Involvement in a wide variety of work with plan checking, site inspections and project management duties.
- Ensure project runs smoothly from inception to completion, whilst ensuring compliance with the building regulations.
- Prior experience as a Building Control Surveyor in the residential/commercial sector
- Fully registered or applied to be (Level 2F or 3G)
- Open to level 2D/E in the North Yorkshire area
- Degree qualified
- Full or part qualified RICS or CABE
- Salary: £45k - £65k (Guide only - DOE)
