Job Description
The Real Estate Partner will be:
- Leading the development and growth of the firm's real estate practice in the North East.
- Managing a range of high-value real estate matters across various sectors.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while expanding the client base.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to implement strategic business development initiatives.
- Recruiting and growing a team
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members once recruited, ensuring a positive and productive team environment.
The Successful Applicant
The Real Estate Partner should be:
- A qualified solicitor with 8+ years' PQE in real estate law, ideally with experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of business development and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of the North East real estate market.
- Ideally already working as a Partner at a large law firm in Newcastle
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead a growing team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
