Your Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with SEN.
- Adapt teaching methods to support individual learning styles and abilities.
- Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Foster a positive, safe, and nurturing atmosphere for students.
- Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to support student development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience working with children and young people with SEN.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for inclusive education and supporting students with additional needs.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
