Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of residential care for children. The company is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Childrens Residential Support Worker to join their team. As a Childrens Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.
Working as part of a team to ensure that the needs of the children and young people are met
Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
Supporting children and young people with education and recreational activities
A caring and compassionate nature
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work as part of a team
The ideal candidate will have a Level 2/3 Diploma for Residential Childcare England or equivalent. However, the company is willing to consider candidates who are willing to work towards this qualification.
