What will you be doing?- Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Following company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continuously improving product knowledge and customer service skills
- Adhering to call centre metrics and meeting performance targets
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance job performance
- Adapting to changes in systems and processes as required
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanour at all times
- Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvement
- Adhering to security and confidentiality protocols when handling customer information
- Working as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing information
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including evenings and weekends if required
- Previous experience in a similar customer service or call centre role is desirable, but not essential
