We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Utilise Quick Books for basic accounting tasks
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organised
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Use Google Suite for email communication and document creation
- Proficiency in administrative duties and clerical tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with Quick Books for basic accounting functions
- Typing speed and accuracy to handle data entry efficiently
- Competency in using Google Suite and other office computerised systems
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
