Serendip Home Care (New Forest) is a well-established home care agency based in New Milton. We are in search of someone who could be a great addition to our experienced and very friendly team.
Home Care Assistants with Serendip Home Care have the chance to make a real difference to people’s lives, both at home and supporting them in the community. This is a role that varies from day today.
Your Role
Serendip Care Workers are responsible for meeting the support requirements of our clients, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence.Travel to the clients own homes and assist them with daily tasks, helping them to stay as independent as possible
Who can apply
Anyone who has a valid driving license can apply, We provide paid training and shadowing shifts during your on-boarding period.What's included in your pay.
We want our staff to be happy and confident with guaranteed monthly pay.Paid mileage of 45p per mile.
Paid Annual Leave of 5.6 weeks per year pro rata.
