Teaching Assistant (SEN)
Location: Cambridgeshire⏳ Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Salary: Grade C (£24,027 - £24,404 FTE per annum)

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will: ✔ Assist in delivering engaging and tailored learning activities.
✔ Provide individual and small-group support for students with diverse needs.✔ Promote independence, confidence, and positive learning experiences.
✔ Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is: ✔ Passionate about supporting children with special needs.
✔ A strong communicator and team player.✔ Patient, adaptable, and has a positive attitude.
✔ Experienced in a similar role (desirable but not essential).
