Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cardiothoracic Anaesthetist to join our surgical team. In this critical role, you will provide comprehensive anesthesia care for patients undergoing complex cardiac and thoracic surgeries.
Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough preoperative assessments to evaluate patients and develop personalized anesthesia plans. Administer anesthesia during surgeries, ensuring the maintenance of hemodynamic stability and optimal respiratory function.
Utilize advanced airway management techniques and monitor vital signs throughout the procedure. Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure safe and efficient patient care. Provide postoperative management, including pain control and monitoring recovery in the ICU.
Respond promptly to any intraoperative complications or changes in patient condition. Qualifications: Medical degree with a specialization in anesthesiology. Relevant experience in cardiothoracic anesthesia is preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
