We are looking for a Solicitor to join the Private Property Team in our Bristol office. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly team, providing a first-class service to clients. It is anticipated that you will have demonstrable experience of Residential Property Matters and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Day to day, you will have a varied caseload, including work such as:
- Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions.
- Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of residential property matters, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist senior team members with complex matters, including high-net-worth transactions, shared ownership, and new build developments.
- Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties, ensuring an exceptional level of client service throughout the transaction process.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and lease agreements.
