As a resilient, dynamic, and experienced leader with a passion for transforming services and finding new ways of working, you could be the talented individual we’re recruiting to join our Trust in the pivotal roles of Associate Director of Transformation.

We are looking for someone to drive our ambitious transformation programme forward, embedding a culture of continuous improvement that is key to supporting our Trust strategy.

You are an experienced senior leader and have the highest professional standards and expectations. You’re passionate and committed to delivering exceptional patient care with the skills, enthusiasm, and aspiration to make a difference. Patients are at the heart of all you do – they certainly are for us.

Our values are based around Proud to CARE – and we’re very proud of our most recent staff survey results where we were rated among the top acute Trusts in the country with 72% of colleagues recommending #TeamCRH as a place to work and 73% telling us they would be happy with the standard of care should a friend or relative need it.

Along with credibility and compassion, you are an inclusive leader and understand the importance of living our values. You will bring excellent communication and engagement skills to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including our system and regional partners.

This role has a complex and demanding portfolio and so if your ambition matches ours, then we look forward to hearing from you.

The Associate Director of Transformation is a core member of the leadership team.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, Improvement and Transformation, you will work across the organisation and with system partners to deliver our ambitious transformation programme.

You will have evidenced experience of your leadership and your impact across a broad portfolio including strategy, planning and transformation; business, people and financial management; performance and operations management; and risk management, clinical, quality and service improvement.

You will champion development of colleagues, belonging and inclusion, and will motivate and inspire colleagues by role modelling our Proud to CARE values.

We are looking for people who will ensure that we continue to deliver our vision, mission and values through our Together as One strategy and demonstrate our proud to CARE values. We have recently developed our expected leadership behaviours; our journey is one of continual improvement.
