Hospitality Manager / Mess Manager

Based at Army Aviation Centre Middle Wallop in Stockbridge, Hampshirewe are recruiting for a Hospitality Manager /Mess Managerto manage the sergeants mess and sergeant's bar services and support the general manager with compliance and running of the mess site.
This is a busy and varied operation that prepares, cooks and serves up to 50 meals per sitting per day from a pre-prepared rolling menu.You will have proven experience in the hospitality sector and some knowledge of the military, be resilient, manage your time effectively, possess good communication and customer service skills and be able to handle multiple priorities.

Leading from the front you will have responsibility for;- Health and Safety (including risk assessments and allergen checks)
- Stock Control
- Audits
- Staff training
Though this role will be prominently Monday to Friday there is an expectation to be flexible to work weekends, early and late shifts as required to meet business needs.
