Staff Nurse - RGN

Hourly Rate: £21 + paid breaks

Night Shifts

36 hours per week

Shift times: 8:00-8:00

As a vital member of the nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, holistic care to our client's residents. This position offers the opportunity to positively impact the lives of residents and contribute to their well-being.

• RGN qualification and valid UK NMC registration
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations

• Delivering comprehensive nursing care and personalized treatment to patients in accordance with individual care plans to ensure their comfort and overall well-being.
• Administering medications and injections as prescribed by the medical team with meticulous attention to detail and precision.
• Vigilantly monitoring and assessing patients' vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to the medical team to facilitate immediate action and adjustments to care plans.
• Collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination and comprehensive patient care.
• Communicating empathetically and effectively with patients and their families, providing emotional support, guidance, and essential information.
• Upholding and adhering to all nursing standards and protocols to ensure the delivery of the highest quality of care possible.
