Job description
We are currently seeking an IT Technician to support one of the leading schools in Pembrokeshire.
The work you will be undertaking as a school IT technician can vary greatly depending on the school’s IT needs, you could be working by yourself, working as part of a team or even training students and teachers. Despite the varying responsibilities, here is a list of tasks you may be expected to undertake:
- Maintaining the school’s network
- Installing and upgrading software and applications
- Providing training and technical support for teachers and pupils
- Running diagnostics
- Undertaking the development and maintenance of the school’s website
- Maintaining and purchasing hardware peripherals
- Ensuring internet systems are safe and offer full child protection

Rates from: £110 - £120 a day
Location: Pembroke

Duration: Ongoing
Full-time/Part-time: Full-time
Hours: 8:30-3:30 (dependent on the school)Experience, Training & Qualifications
- Anyone with a Level 3 qualification or relevant degree is welcome to apply.

- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (formerly CRB check) – available via Suppleo Education *Education Workforce Council (EWC)
