Assessor - Health, Safety and Welfare
Conduct health and safety audits for businesses hosting student placements, ensuring compliance with key legislation and providing guidance on safeguarding, child protection, and data protectionIdentify and encourage employers to expand the number of placements offeredPromote LEBC's additional services, such as corporate social responsibility initiatives, staff development programs, health and safety training and Apprentice recruitmentAccurately complete online documentation, detailing the placement job role, creating a risk assessment, and recording safety controlsMeet weekly targets, averaging visits to 25 companiesCollect feedback from employers through evaluation forms to continuously improve servicesContribute to team meetings with ideas for innovation and improvement
What We're Looking For
NEBOSH National General Certificate - Highly desirable.Driver's license and own vehicle - Essential non-negotiableExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally across various industriesHighly organised with strong attention to detailProactive, adaptable, and confident working independently while meeting targets
