Senior Product Manager, Finance

Your Responsibilities:

The Product Manager - Finance is responsible for the operations, processes and solutions that are the backbone of Finance across Vista Global and its entities. You will manage product delivery, working alongside leaders to execute on implementing a strategic initiative focused on utilization of big-data analysis to determine flight quoting, pricing, invoicing and member statementing.

• Hands on product management of Vista Global’s various in-house and COTS Financial systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal users from sales, flight operations, and finance business partners to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and drive user satisfaction.
• Influence product decisions across Vista Global, ensuring a seamless experience for the business and our clients who use multiple products and services across the brand.
• Take responsibility for collecting business requirements and translating them into detailed functional requirements for the engineering team.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize features, plan releases, and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Create post-release documentation and user guides.
• Build transformative technology that makes Financial Management easier than ever.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Experience in product management, with at least 2 years of experience specifically in finance-related products.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client needs, market insights and customer needs into product strategy and execution.
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
• Experience working in an agile development environment, with proficiency in agile methodologies and tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
