Assistant Finance Manager
Robert Half have partnered with a Luxury Real Estate business who are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join there team. This is a newly created position due to company and team expansion.
Reporting into a CFO, the successful candidate will also have the chance to contribute to reporting, accounting, system and process improvements whilst also being exposed to more commercial aspects within the business.
Role:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Manage the full month end Process
- Monitor financial performance in line with budgets
- Work with auditors to ensure annual audits are performed accurately and timely
- Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
- Minimum 4 years' experience in finance, preferably within the Real Estate industry
- Qualified (ACCA/ CPA/ CA)
- Extensive experience in financial reporting
- Confidence in planning, coordinating and prioritising workloads
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
