Job Description- Identify, develop and close new business opportunities within the logistics sector
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Provide logistics solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure service delivery
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive market insights
- Collaborate with marketing to build brand awareness within the logistics sector
- Regularly report on sales performance and business development activities
- Attend industry events and network to generate leads
The Successful Applicant
A successful Logistics Business Development Manager should have:
- A solid understanding of the transport and distribution industry
- Proven experience in a logistics business development role
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

- A competitive salary range of £40,000 to £49,500 per annum
