Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to take the next step in your career? A highly regarded law firm with a strong presence in Leighton Buzzard is expanding its Residential Conveyancing team and seeking a skilled conveyancer to join its growing practice.

Your Role & Responsibilities
As a key member of the residential property team, you will handle a diverse caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from instruction to completion
- Transfers of equity and remortgages
- Providing expert legal advice on property matters
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
- Any experience with trusts or Court of Protection clientele would be an advantage but is not essential
Who We're Looking For
✔ A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing✔ Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes
✔ A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
✔ Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently while delivering high-quality service
