We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Service Technician to join our warehouse team at our Devon Community EquipmentService Centre based in Exeter. You'll be working as part of an engaged and motivated team for a company that is committed to

The Role:
- Work effectively as part of the warehouse team within the service centre
- Stock management including labelling and logging of equipment
- Picking, packing and loading equipment to assist with the installers
- Updating of order and stock systems with use of scanner
- Manage the photographing, recycling and servicing of specialist community equipment
- Maintain and administer key bespoke products on the provider equipment catalogue
- Support the team with periodic stock checks and general warehouse duties as required
- Generate and produce reports and attend meetings as required
- You may also undertake specialist project work to support the management team
- Quarantine, sterilise and re-pack equipment and ensure paperwork is documented, logged and filed
- Maintenance and housekeeping of the service centre, including in some cases repairs of equipment including PAT testing
- You may be required to assist the field-based Installation Technicians on occasion

About you:
- Strong previous warehouse experience
- Electro-mechanical skills are required to repair and service equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
- Must be able to work off your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- £23,923.33 per annum
- Tuesday to Saturday 08.00 – 17.00
- 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) plus optional 5 days unpaid
