Job Description
The Corporate Sales Manager will have the following responsibilities;- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain corporate clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate, MICE & leisure sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business.
- Present tailored sales proposals that align with client needs and company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the department.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Sales Manager should have:
- Experience in corporate sales, ideally within the hotel, leisure, travel, or tourism industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- An understanding of market trends and their impact on sales strategies.
- A competitive salary in the range of circa £40,000 to £45,000 annually.
