Science Laboratory Technician –Biology
- 5 Hours per week (minimum) – TTO + 1 week holiday working.
Salary: Grade 4 points 6-8, £23,893-£24,702 (Subject to April 24 increment)
Actual pro-rata salary (£10,264-£10,612)Chosen Hill School would like to appoint a Laboratory Technician to provide technical support to the Biology department within the science faculty. Previous experience of working in a school laboratory environment would be advantageous and an A level (or equivalent) in Biology is a requirement.
The Science Technicians play a key role in the success of the Science department, and you will be a member of a team of five technicians who support all aspects of the science curriculum from KS3 to KS5. The ability to work well in a team as well as be self-motivating is a requirement.
