Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections and quality tests on products.
- Identify any defects and record the related data.
- Report any issues to the relevant department for immediate resolution.
- Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure production consistency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant quality control regulations and standards.
- Assist in the implementation of quality control measures and policies.
- Participate in the development of training programs to improve quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Inspector should have:
- Proven experience in a quality control position within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
- Experience operating CMM, and ideally knowledge or experience programming CMM
- Strong knowledge of quality control regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team setting and under pressure.
