Job Summary
As Account Executive/Senior Account Executive, you will work closely with the wider account handling and creative teams assisting on a variety of projects ranging from research/insights gathering to tactical delivery of creative campaigns. You will be a key part of the team in ensuring that creative outputs are of the highest quality and delivered on time and on budget, whilst proactively working towards becoming a trusted partner to clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Support the account management team with running key accounts and projects
- Help on the development of decks, proposals, project plans and timelines
- Create status reports and contact reports for meetings and calls
- Book in creative resource for ongoing workstreams
- Review materials, brief in and liaise with creative and production teams on the accurate and timely delivery of materials
- Actively drive campaigns through from initiation to completion whilst ensuring that these are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards
- Assist with the annual budget process as well as other financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting
- Productively share opinions and effectively collaborate with the wider team to ensure creative outputs are of the highest quality
- Apply a results-driven approach in moving accounts/projects forward
- Demonstrate great organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to Clients and creative teams in a simple manner
- Demonstrate an interest in creativity in the healthcare advertising space (experience working in the healthcare space - advertising/creative agency experience and familiarity with pharmaceutical guidelines is preferred but not essential)
- Ability to apply ‘digital-first’ thinking to all activities and has experience delivering digital projects
- A real team player with a can-do attitude
- Willingness to think innovatively and creatively, and to be adaptable/flexible
- An ability to foster and develop strong professional relationships and become a trusted advisor to clients
- Proficient in MS365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
- As required by business needs
