Part Time Community Support Worker - 20 hrs per weekWe are seeking a dedicated Community Support Worker to provide support to a gentleman with his everyday tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on individuals’ lives and assisting them in maintaining their independence.Day to day of the role:

  • Accompanying the individual to do his shopping and other errands.
  • Providing companionship and being a positive influence in his daily life.
  • Assisting with planning and organising daily activities.
  • Encouraging and supporting the individual to achieve their personal goals and engage in community activities.
  • Ensuring the individual’s safety and well-being at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MUST have a valid driver's licence
  • Experience in a support worker role or similar is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to the needs of the individual.
  • A commitment to promoting the individual’s dignity, independence, and well-being.
  • Must have right to work in the UK.
  • Must be flexible on days/times available
