Your new company

As an Administrator, you will support our Senior Management Team in maintaining and developing financial and administrative processes.
You will host our staff, clients, and contractors visiting the premises, ensuring all aspects run smoothly, and efficiently manage finances, including expenses and supplies, while overseeing document management and general administrative support.

Additionally, you will provide practical support to our client-facing staff.

Your new role

Assisting with various clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies, including tracking inventory and ordering as needed.
  • Set up new clients on our practice management system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Record Direct Debit and credit card payments
  • Process payments to staff and suppliers.
  • Reconcile client accounts.
  • Manage insurance matters
Set up companies on Companies House
  • Circulate and collect compliance forms.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous knowledge and background experience of working in finance and administration is beneficial.
  • Very high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident communicator with personnel at all levels within the business, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
