Senior Regulatory Specialist
Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior Regulatory Specialist. This role involves developing strategies for regulatory affairs, preparing and submitting regulatory submissions, and maintaining awareness of current regulations. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with local and regional colleagues to create global and/or regional regulatory strategies.
- Prepare and submit regulatory submissions in line with relevant requirements and guidelines.
- Schedule and prepare for meetings with internal stakeholders and regulators.
- Stay updated on current regulations and anticipate implications and opportunities due to changes in the regulatory environment.
- Ensure compliance issues are reviewed, escalated, and addressed with appropriate actions.
- Identify and implement regional process improvement opportunities.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- A relevant Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Broad knowledge across the EMEA Regulatory classifications.
- Leadership and coaching skills with a focus on people development.
