Ignition Driver Recruitment are actively seeking qualified HGV Class 1 Drivers in the Manchester area, to work for one of our many trusted client partners across the North West.
Depending on which client you work for, you could receive:
- Inflated pay rates - up to £21.76 per hour
- Weekend bonus supplements
- Minimum shift lengths (8 hours)
- Guaranteed shifts
- Overtime hours
- Paid assessments & training
Before you apply for any of these roles, you must be able to answer YES to all the questions below:
- Do you have your Class 1 Driving Licence?
- Do you have an up-to-date Tacho Digi Card?
- Do you have an up-to-date DCPC Card?
We will accept up to 6 points on your licence, but no DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements.
Some of our clients will ask for experience, so a minimum of 12 months' experience would be preferable, but we do have some clients that will accept less.

Full MHE training is provided for jobs that require lifting
