Job Duties:
- Provide individualised educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Develop and implement tailored learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
- Deliver engaging lessons and activities to enhance students' academic and personal development
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to create a supportive learning environment
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- Relevant qualification in Education or Special Education Needs
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Understanding of SEN principles and practises
- Ability to create and deliver personalised learning plans
- Knowledge of relevant teaching strategies and resources for students with SEN
