Person Specification
The successful Support Worker must:
Have demonstrable Knowledge and experience working within Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health and/or additional needs providing high quality care and support and promote independence.Show strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen sensitively to others.
Demonstrate good written communication, with the ability to contribute to record keeping system.
Ability to provide sympathetic emotional and practical support to service users.
