We are working with a fantastic SEN school in the Partney area that is looking for proactive and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team.
Your Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to children under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Work closely with children who have special educational needs, offering tailored support.
- Assist the class teacher in assessing students' learning progress.
- Help create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
- Offer consistent praise and encouragement to foster confidence and achievement in students.
About You:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant.
- Possess a kind, caring, and patient demeanor.
- Be proactive, adaptable, and able to take the initiative in a classroom setting.
- Be available full-time during school hours.
