I am lucky enough to be working with a leading consulting business making huge strides into Automation who is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to progress into Operations Director and eventually the Chief Operating Officer over the next few years.
The business is in a period of sustained growth and is looking to hire a professional who can aid with client engagement and growth.
Operations Manager Specification:
- Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Monitor team performance and address any issues to maintain productivity and morale.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Oversee the adoption of tools and technologies to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with organizational goals.
- Act as a key point of contact for external partners and stakeholders.
- Prepare operational performance reports for leadership review.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in Automation Consultancy.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
