An established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its team in Wanstead. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to manage a varied caseload and contribute to the firm's continued growth.

Role Overview

• Sales and purchases
• New builds
• Re-mortgages
• Help to buy and shared ownership
• Transfers of equity
• Lease extensions and unregistered properties

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Residential Conveyancing
• Strong ability to manage cases independently
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
• A proactive approach to business development and networking
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with LEAP case management software (desirable)

• Competitive salary starting from £35,000 (dependent on experience)
• Full-time role, Monday to Friday (9:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
